“DRAWWWERS” Privacy Policy
We, Karappo Inc. (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”), will handle all “DRAWWWERS” user (hereinafter referred to as the “User(s)” ) information concerned with the “DRAWWWERS” service and all its related services (hereinafter referred to collectively as the “Service(s)” in accordance with the following “DRAWWWERS” Privacy Policy(hereinafter referred to as the “Privacy Policy”).
1. Definitions
Words and terms used in the Privacy Policy shall have the same meanings defined in the “DRAWWWERS” Terms and Conditions of Use hereinafter referred to as the “Terms and Conditions”) unless defined as different in the Privacy Policy.
2. Collected Information and Scope of Use
2.1. The Company may collect and use the following types of information (hereinafter referred to as the “User Information”) under the following conditions or occasions and for the following purposes.

2.2. The Company collects anonymous traffic data that measures the frequency of use of the Service, for the purpose of making improvements to the Service. This process canNOT be used to identify a particular User.
3. Provision to a Third Party
The Company may NOT, except in the following cases, provide personal information to a third party.
- (1) Cases in obtaining the prior consent of the User
- (2) Cases in which the provision of personal information is based on laws and regulations
- (3) Cases in which the provision of personal information is necessary for the protection of the life, body, or property of an individual and in which it is difficult to obtain the consent of the person
- (4) Cases in which the provision of personal information is specially necessary for improving public health or promoting the sound growth of children and in which it is difficult to obtain the consent of the person
- (5) Cases in which the provision of personal information is necessary for cooperating with a state organ, a local government, or an individual or a business operator entrusted by one in executing the affairs prescribed by laws and regulations and in which obtaining the consent of the person are likely to impede the execution of the affairs
- (6) Cases in which personal information is provided as a result of the succession of business in a merger or otherwise
4. Disclosure and Correction, etc.
4.1. A User can request the Company to disclose personal information which the Company retains by a method prescribed by the Company. However, in falling under any of the following items, the Company may keep all or part of the retained personal information undisclosed:
- (1) Cases in which the Company can not identify the person who request the disclosure as the User whose personal information is requested
- (2) Cases in which disclosure is likely to harm the life, body, property, or other rights or interests of the User or a third party
- (3) Cases in which disclosure is likely to seriously impede the proper execution of the business of the Company
- (4) Cases in which disclosure violates laws and regulations
4.2. A User can request the Company to correct, add, or delete the User’s personal information which the Company retains on the ground that the personal information is contrary to the fact by a method prescribe by the Company. In the case, the Company may make a necessary investigation without delay within the scope necessary for the achievement of the Scope of Use and, on the basis of the results, correct, add, or delete the retained personal information.
4.3. Procedure of disclosure stipulated in 4.1. costs 2,000yen per a request as a commission.
5. Personal Information necessary to maintain an account on the Service
Without prior consent to provision of personal information necessary to maintain an account on the Service and use the Service including Email address, etc., Users canNOT register with or use the Service.
6. Deletion of an Account
When a User delete the account on the Service, the Company shall properly process the User’s personal information in accordance with the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.
7. Changes to Privacy Policy
The Company may modify Privacy Policy from time to time for various reasons including to improve our privacy practices, to reflect changes to the Service, and to comply with relevant law. When we make any material changes to our Privacy Policy, we will provide notice to you on the Service, or by other reasonable means. We encourage you to review changes carefully. If you agree to the changes, then please continue to use our Service. If you, however, do not agree to any of the changes and you no longer wish to use our Service, you may choose to close your account. Continuing to use our Service after a notice of changes has been communicated to you or published on our Service constitutes your acceptance of changes and consent to the modified Privacy Policy.
